Organic Cinnamon(Dalchini)

Cinnamon is a spice derived from the inner bark of several Cinnamomum tree species. Cinnamon is primarily used as an aromatic condiment and flavouring additive in a variety of cuisines, including sweet and savoury dishes, breakfast cereals, snack foods, teas, and traditional foods. Cinnamon’s aroma and flavour are derived from its essential oil and main component, cinnamaldehyde, as well as a variety of other constituents, including eugenol.
